Our good friend Tina Gionis has started a Kickstarter campaign, and we’re all going to help her reach her goal. Her project will take her to Taiwan to film and document the Mazu Festival as well as the culture and people of the area. Giving those of us in the Western World a glimpse into another culture.
As of today her Kickstarter has 19 Days remaining, that’s 2.5 weeks. She’s got a great start towards her goal, only $2600 left. By pledging you will not only help out Tina with her journey and artistic outlet, but you’ll have the chance to get a copy of her finished documentary. The $60 pledge is looking good to me. You get a hard copy of the DVD, and a shout out on her website for contributing. You can also pledge to receive fine art photography prints from her pilgrimage, and Tina’s got a great eye for photography, they’re sure to be awesome prints.
